• All entry, monument, parking and permit charges as per itinerary.
• Meet and Assist at all arrival and departure points.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The above is only a quotation; no rooms have been blocked. Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
• Our executive will be holding a placard outside the airport exit gate.
• Any issues regarding the child’s age must be settled directly by the guest with the hotel.
• In case of political unrest, bad weather, or sudden vessel breakdown, guests may be shifted to an alternative government ferry. No refund will be applicable in such situations.
• All hotels in Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have an early check-out time of 08:00 hrs. Guests with late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
• Our executive may modify the itinerary depending on weather conditions and ferry availability. Any changes will be updated on a daily basis.
• All foreign nationals and Indians residing abroad holding passports of another country (POI) must register upon arrival at Port Blair Airport (Immigration). A valid Indian visa or a Restricted Area Permit (RAP) is required, which is valid for 30 days in the Andaman Islands.
• All hotels in Port Blair and Havelock provide extra mattresses only; extra beds are not available.
• Most hotels in Havelock do not offer room service (meals are served only at the main restaurant), intercom facilities, or continuous hot water. However, for children and elderly guests, hot bucket water is available upon request.

NOTE: Neil Island tour from Havelock is subject to weather conditions and ferry availability. In case the tour is not operated, guests will be transferred back to Port Blair and provided with an alternative sightseeing option: a visit to Chidiyatapu Beach or Mt. Harriet Forest National Park.
