Air Fares may be paid in US or Canadian dollars. Any change in the price quoted at the booking time to the travel documents issuance is greater than 7% of the quoted price of the booking. However, there might be an increase of fare due to the direct surge in Federal Goods & Services Tax and Retail Sales Tax which entitles the customers to go for the cancellation of their booking and to get a full refund. In addition, we take full responsibility for any increase in price which might occur once the travel documents issuance is done with the exception of Federal Goods & Services Tax and Retail Sales Tax increase. However, once you make the payment in full and get your travel documents issued, no any such price increase will be entertained.
Once you are done with your booking, you will be provided with the confirmation number just before the issuance of the ticket. Your ticket booking process will not be considered complete until you get the ticket number. In a few cases, we are incapable of honoring a quoted fare because of some unforeseen errors.
You lend authorization to the person, who issues your ticket, to charge the Grand total amount from your credit card.
Before you book your trip, it is always advisable to make sure that you meet the visa, passport, health, affidavit and other requirements of any country you plan to visit or even transit for a plane change. The USA and Canadian citizens need to present a valid passport to get an entry or to transit through a number of countries to avoid any prohibition to their entry or even transit. We would also like to remind the travelers that living practices, standards, and conditions in regard to services, accommodation, and utilities might differ from the ones which are found in USA or Canada.
It is to be noted that most of the countries require that you have a valid passport of a six months period beyond the return date (please go through the chart for an easy reference). Getting visas and passports might get late due to the lengthy processing time and your entry will be refused in any country even if your travel documents are up to the mark. We, however, do not take any responsibility if a traveler is deported or denied boarding due to any strong reason such as due to your age or any reason whatsoever.
Entry Requirements for the United States
The Department of Homeland Security of USA has brought in new laws which are effective from 23rd January 2007. It governs the entry requisites to the USA through Air. The new laws say that the travelers should possess the mandatory passports for the travelers which include American and Canadian citizens. Make sure that your passport has a validity of six months past the desired return date so that it is ensured that there might not be any delay related to US immigration.
